Last week, from November 10 to 14, 19 online auctions for subleasing state agricultural land took place in the Prozorro.Sale system.
According to the ‘Land Bank,’ the tenders covered plots in Zakarpattia, Poltava, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi, Sumy, and Chernihiv regions, with a total area of 697.09 hectares.
According to the week’s results, the total value of the winning bids amounted to UAH 16.1 million excluding VAT, and UAH 19.3 million including tax. 81 offers participated in the tenders, and the average sublease rate per hectare reached UAH 23,188. Overall, the starting price of all lots increased 5.8 times.
The most expensive plot last week was located in the Kharkiv region, covering almost 100 hectares — its price increased 8.5 times during the auction to UAH 4.1 million, which amounts to UAH 41,671 per hectare.
