Last week, from October 27 to 31, 18 online auctions were held in the “Prozorro.Sale” system, where sub-lease rights for state agricultural lands were contested. The “Land Bank” reported that the lots were presented in five regions — Poltava, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Khmelnytskyi. The total area of the exhibited plots was 865.76 hectares.
According to the week’s results, the total value of signed contracts reached 8 million hryvnias excluding VAT, and 9.6 million hryvnias including tax. Participants submitted 46 bids, indicating active interest in the trades. The average sub-lease cost per hectare of land was 9,285 hryvnias, and the overall increase in plot value during the bidding process was 3.3 times.
The highest price of the week was recorded for a plot in the Mykolaiv region with an area of almost 396 hectares. Its starting price increased fivefold and reached 6.7 million hryvnias, equivalent to 16,922 hryvnias per hectare.
