Zaporizhzhia and Khmelnytskyi Region have fully completed the 2025 harvest

As of December 5, 2025, the harvest of late crops is concluding in Ukraine. Cereals and pulses have been threshed on an area of 10.551 million hectares, which is 91% of the forecast. Almost 54 million tons of grain have been harvested, with an average yield of 50.8 ц/га.

According to operational data, the following has been harvested so far:

  • corn – 23.5 million tons from an area of 3.44 million hectares (78%);
  • soybeans – 4.743 million tons from an area of 2 million hectares (97%);
  • sunflower – 9.041 million tons from an area of 4.8 million hectares (93%);
  • sugar beet – 10.397 million tons from an area of 195 thousand hectares (98%).

Zaporizhzhia and Khmelnytskyi regions have completely finished the harvesting campaign; Odesa, Mykolaiv, and Vinnytsia regions are nearing the completion of the harvest.

The highest average corn yield was recorded in Khmelnytskyi (105 ц/га), Lviv (92 ц/га), and Kyiv (91 ц/га) regions.

The highest soybean yield is in Lviv region (31 ц/га), Khmelnytskyi region (30 ц/га), Volyn region, and Ternopil region (29 ц/га). 

The highest sunflower yield is in Vinnytsia region (32 ц/га), Volyn region, and Khmelnytskyi region (30 ц/га).

The highest sugar beet yield is in Bukovyna (780 ц/га), Ternopil region (700 ц/га), and Volyn region (650 ц/га).
