As of December 5, Ukraine has exported since the beginning of the 2025/26 MY (July–June) 12 836 thousand tons of grain and leguminous crops, reports «ProAgro Group».
According to the State Customs Service, the export volume is more than 6 million tons or 31.9% less than the figure recorded on December 6 last year.
Wheat supplies currently amount to 7 449 thousand tons, which is 1.6 million tons or 17.9% less than the volume exported during the corresponding period last season. Barley shipped abroad totals 1 195 thousand tons – 670 thousand tons or 35.9% less. Corn supplies significantly lag behind last year’s figures: they currently amount to 3 985 thousand tons compared to 7.6 million tons a year ago, which is 47.6% less. Only 200 tons of rye have been supplied abroad this season, whereas last year by this time 10.8 thousand tons had already been exported.
In addition, as of the reporting date, there have been shipped abroad 28.3 thousand tons of flour (including 27.4 thousand tons of wheat flour), which is 4.5 thousand tons less than in the corresponding period of the 2024/25 MY.
Since the beginning of the current month, Ukraine has exported 452 thousand tons of grain, including 140 thousand tons of wheat, 25 thousand tons of barley, and 285 thousand tons of corn. Also, 1.3 thousand tons of flour have been supplied abroad.
