Ukrainian entrepreneurs received 943 new loans worth UAH 4.4 billion last week under the Affordable Loans 5-7-9% program, ProAgro Group reports.
According to the Ministry of Economy, since the beginning of 2026 businesses have obtained 5,300 loans totaling UAH 24.5 billion through the state support program.
The largest volumes of financing during this period were directed to:
- lending in high war-risk areas — UAH 8.8 billion;
- development of the processing industry — UAH 7.8 billion;
- investment projects — UAH 3.4 billion.
At the same time, the most notable weekly increase in lending volumes was recorded in the processing industry, where the total amount of loans issued rose by UAH 1.5 billion.
The largest amounts of financing under the program have been attracted by companies in the agricultural sector, wholesale and retail trade, and the processing industry.
Earlier it was reported that the cost of Ukraine’s 2026 sowing campaign could increase by about 15% compared with last year and reach around UAH 700 billion.
