The property of LLC Novokakhovka Processed Cheese Plant (Kherson region), which is undergoing bankruptcy proceedings, has been put up for auction with a starting price of UAH 4.91 million, ProAgro Group reports.
According to the Ukrainian Universal Exchange, the auction features a single lot comprising 17 units of movable property. These include food industry equipment such as packaging machines of various production years, a separator, clippers, a vacuum packaging machine, facilities for melting food raw materials and cheese, as well as vehicles — three forklifts manufactured by Jungheinrich and Goodsense.
The auction will be conducted under the English auction model, with bids increasing gradually. The bidding step is set at 1% of the starting price, and participants must submit a security deposit equal to 10% of the initial value.
The auction organizer is the arbitration manager and liquidator of the enterprise, acting on the basis of a ruling issued by the Commercial Court of the Kherson Region on December 9, 2021. At the same time, the debtor’s property is pledged to ProCredit Bank.
The plant’s assets are located in an active combat zone. The liquidator has warned that safe access to inspect the equipment or guarantee its preservation until transfer to the buyer cannot be ensured.
Applications to participate in the auction will be accepted until January 6, while the auction itself is scheduled for January 7, 2026.
As reported earlier, on January 13, 2026, the State Property Fund of Ukraine will hold a repeat auction for the sale of a 99.99% stake in Sumykhimprom.
