Ukraine Builds 22 Plants in Industrial Parks, 15 More Under Construction

As of the end of 2025, 37 industrial enterprises have been built or are under construction within Ukraine’s industrial parks, including 22 plants already commissioned and 15 still under development, ProAgro Group reports.

According to the Ministry of Economy, the projects span a wide range of sectors, including agro-processing, food production, furniture and woodworking, machine building, and other industries. Operating facilities have already created 3,716 jobs.

The Ministry noted that the development of industrial parks is one of the key tools for attracting investment and supporting domestic manufacturing under the “Made in Ukraine” policy.

Throughout 2025, the government approved state incentives for 13 industrial parks to implement 22 infrastructure projects totaling UAH 697.8 million. In addition, UAH 202.9 million was disbursed to two parks that received support decisions in 2024. Overall, total state incentives for industrial parks in 2025 reached UAH 900.7 million.

“The state lays the foundation, while business transforms it into new production capacity and jobs. Every hryvnia invested by the state in industrial park infrastructure attracts five to six hryvnias of private investment,” said Oleksii Sobolev, Ukraine’s Minister of Economy.

As of today, 118 industrial parks are officially registered across most regions of Ukraine.

Earlier reports noted that an industrial park focused on food production and alternative energy will be built in the Chernihiv region.
