As of February 20, Ukraine has exported 21.195 million tonnes of grains and pulses since the start of the 2025/26 marketing year (July–June), ProAgro Group reports.

According to the State Customs Service of Ukraine, total exports are more than 7 million tonnes, or 24.9%, lower than as of February 21 last year.

Wheat shipments currently amount to 8.816 million tonnes, which is almost 2.9 million tonnes, or 24.7%, less than in the same period of the previous season. Barley exports reached 1.35 million tonnes, down 740 thousand tonnes, or 39% year-on-year. Corn exports also lag behind last year, totaling 10.723 million tonnes compared with 14 million tonnes a year earlier, a decline of 23.2%. Rye exports remain minimal at 200 tonnes, versus 10.8 thousand tonnes exported by this time last season.

In addition, 41.8 thousand tonnes of flour (including 40.6 thousand tonnes of wheat flour) were exported as of the reporting date, which is 4.6 thousand tonnes less than in the same period of the 2024/25 MY.

Since the beginning of February, Ukraine has exported 2.287 million tonnes of grain, including 328 thousand tonnes of wheat, 15 thousand tonnes of barley, and 1.942 million tonnes of corn. Flour exports during this period totaled 3 thousand tonnes.
