As of March 16, Ukraine has exported 24.206 million tons of grain and legumes since the start of the 2025/26 marketing year (July–June), according to ProAgro Group.

According to data from the State Customs Service, export volumes are nearly 7.3 million tons (23.2%) lower than the figure recorded on March 14 last year.

Wheat exports currently amount to 9.409 million tons, which is more than 3.3 million tons (26.1%) lower than during the same period of the previous season.

Barley shipments totaled 1.389 million tons, down 800 thousand tons (36.7%) year-on-year. Corn exports are also significantly behind last year’s pace, currently reaching 13.029 million tons, compared to 16.1 million tons a year earlier, or 19.1% less.

Rye exports in the current season amount to only 200 tons, while 10.8 thousand tons had already been exported by this time last year.

In addition, 46.2 thousand tons of flour (including 45 thousand tons of wheat flour) have been exported so far, which is 5.9 thousand tons less than in the same period of the 2024/25 marketing year.

Since the beginning of March, Ukraine has exported 1.781 million tons of grain, including 262 thousand tons of wheat, 34 thousand tons of barley, and 1.481 million tons of corn. Flour exports during this period amounted to 3.1 thousand tons.

Earlier it was reported that Ukraine maintained its position among the top five global exporters of organic agricultural products in 2025.
