As of December 12, 2025, grain and leguminous crops have been harvested from 10.766 million hectares, representing 92% of the projected area. The total harvest amounts to 55.47 million tons of grain, with an average yield of 5.15 t/ha., ProAgro Group reports.
According to operational data from the Ministry of Economy, the harvest of late crops currently stands at:
- Corn: 25.37 million tons from 3.655 million ha (83%) with an average yield of 6.94 t/ha
- Soybeans: 4.78 million tons from 2.016 million ha (98%) with an average yield of 2.3 t/ha
- Sunflower: 9.06 million tons from 4.818 million ha (93%) with an average yield of 1.88 t/ha
Additionally, farmers harvested 10.73 million tons of sugar beets from 197.2 thousand ha (99%) with an average yield of 54.38 t/ha.
Zaporizhzhia and Khmelnytskyi regions have fully completed their harvesting campaigns, while Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad, Vinnytsia and Rivne regions are close to finishing.
Earlier it was reported that high grain moisture continues to slow down corn harvesting this year, with the greatest delays observed in northern and western regions.
