A new high-tech mill, built according to international standards, was presented in Cherkasy.

According to Andriy Tabalov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PJSC “Cherkasy Bakery” and General Director of LLC “Dairy Company ‘Voloshkove Pole’,” the mill’s capacity reaches 120 tons of flour per day, and modern technologies allowed the transition to producing premium quality flour and reducing electricity consumption.

The mill is already operating stably and supplies flour to the Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Chernihiv, Odesa, and Dnipropetrovsk regions.

“We invested over 83 million hryvnias in the construction of the new mill and its complete technical equipment. This is an important contribution to the country’s food security,” Andriy Tabalov noted.
