Agroprosperis Introduces Artificial Intelligence in Elevator Laboratories

The Agroprosperis Group continues to move confidently forward by combining many years of industry experience with cutting-edge technologies, ProAgro Group reports.

According to the company, artificial intelligence-based solutions are being actively introduced in elevator laboratories, enabling the simplification of routine processes, faster testing, and improved accuracy of results.

In particular, the launch of automated programs for microbiological grain analysis is nearing completion. These systems are designed to detect smut spores, identify foreign impurities, and count grain kernels. While manual counting previously took up to seven minutes, the automated process now requires around one minute.

In 2025, four elevator laboratories were equipped with modern NMR spectrometers to determine oil content in grain, marking another important step toward improving research quality and analytical precision.

In addition, Agroprosperis is actively transitioning to electronic document management, gradually replacing paper-based logs with a unified digital system.

Earlier it was reported that Agrein is also implementing modern digital solutions to improve the efficiency of production process management.
