Stela is a family-owned German company with decades of experience, specializing exclusively in grain drying technologies. This narrow focus has enabled the manufacturer to build unique expertise and develop equipment that operates reliably under a wide range of climatic and production conditions. Today, Stela grain dryers process more than 40 million tonnes of grain annually worldwide, ProAgro Group reports.
All Stela equipment is produced under a full-cycle manufacturing model in Germany. The company operates its own research and development laboratory, and more than 90% of components are manufactured in-house, ensuring consistently high quality, reliability, and long service life for every unit.
For the Ukrainian agricultural market, Stela offers both high-capacity stationary AgroDry grain dryers with continuous operation and output ranging from 5 to over 100 tonnes per hour, as well as compact mobile batch dryers. These solutions are especially relevant for farms that require flexibility, fast commissioning, and the ability to adapt to changing operating conditions.
Stela equipment is suitable for drying grains, oilseeds, and seeds and can operate on various fuel types, including natural gas, diesel, or biofuels. The use of alternative energy sources—such as sunflower husk, wood chips, or grain processing residues—allows farmers to significantly reduce drying costs and increase energy independence.
A key advantage is the innovative BiTurbo technology, which delivers up to 30% energy savings, as well as the option to use steam or hot water for preheating air. The modular design of Stela dryers makes it possible to scale equipment in line with business growth.
To date, more than 50 successful Stela projects have been implemented in Ukraine. For fast and reliable support, the company provides full service maintenance and operates spare parts warehouses in Kyiv and Ternopil.
