The industrial complex of the former Irkliiv dairy and cheese plant in the Cherkasy region has been listed for sale on the OpenMarket electronic auction platform, ProAgro Group reports.
The facility, located in the village of Irkliiv in the Chornobai district, includes several non-residential buildings with a total area of 5,222.8 square meters. The complex has well-developed engineering infrastructure, including a power supply capacity of 1,159.2 kW, an operational sewage pumping station, a water tower, and its own artesian well.
The auction will take place on 18 December 2025, with a starting price of 10.9 million UAH.
OpenMarket, the electronic trading system operating in Ukraine since 2014, is one of the key platforms for online asset acquisition. To date, assets worth more than 26.6 billion UAH have been sold through the system.
