KSG Agro agricultural holding has demonstrated stable financial results, profit growth, and production expansion since the beginning of the year.
The agricultural holding’s report on the Warsaw Stock Exchange notes revenue growth for the 9 months of 2025 due to increased production of grains and oilseeds. Specifically, the company recorded a positive financial result, continuing the trend after a profit in Q1 ($0.7 million) and operating profit for 2024 ($3.7 million). KSG Agro’s operating profit for the three quarters of the current year increased by 68% and amounted to $5.96 million, while gross profit increased by 31% to $6.92 million. The EBITDA indicator remained at a level that ensures stability in financing investment programs.
KSG Agro controls approximately 33.7 thousand hectares in Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovohrad regions; the main crops are corn, wheat, barley, rapeseed, soybeans, and vegetables. The company maintains its position in pork production, which is an important element of business diversification.
KSG Agro shares have been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) for over 11 years. As of December 1, 2025, the quotations were 4.13–4.16 PLN, reflecting a growth of more than 66% since the beginning of the year.
