NOVAAGRO Clients Received a Telegram Bot for Monitoring Grain at Elevators

NOVAAGRO Group announced the launch of a new service for elevator clients — a personal assistant in the form of a Telegram bot @apk_novaagro_bot.

As reported  by the company, the bot allows instant reception of information about grain unloading, including quality indicators, weight and date, coordinating unloading online without calls, checking elevator balances daily, and sending traders offers for grain sales.

To use the service, clients need to provide their phone number to the company’s contract department, sign an additional agreement to the elevator services contract, and activate the bot using the link in Telegram.

The company emphasizes that the new tool ensures time savings, constant access to up-to-date data 24/7, and quick communication with traders in a few clicks.
