Over the past week, accessible loans worth UAH 2.1 billion were issued

Over the past week, entrepreneurs took out 751 new loans under the “5-7-9%” program worth UAH 2.1 billion, according to ProAgro Group.

Since the beginning of 2025, businesses have attracted almost 27,000 loans totaling UAH 79.9 billion under the program, according to the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture.

In general, since the beginning of the year, the largest amount of credit funds has been received in the following areas:

  • lending in areas of high military risk – UAH 22.7 billion;
  • development of the processing industry – UAH 20.7 billion;
  • investment projects – UAH 20.6 billion.

Since the program began (February 2020), entrepreneurs have received 131,500 loans totaling nearly UAH 446 billion. Of these, 96,600 loans worth UAH 356.4 billion were issued during the period of martial law.

As reported, the state budget for 2026 allocates UAH 18 billion to finance the “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%” entrepreneurship development fund.
