Signet produced 7.2 million liters of milk in 2025, focusing on product quality

In 2025, Signet maintained high productivity indicators in its livestock segment, ProAgro Group reports.

According to the agricultural producer, the company produced a total of 7.2 million liters of gross milk output from 616 dairy cows. The average yield per cow reached 11.7 thousand liters.

“We focused more on quality indicators rather than just volume. In standardized terms, we achieved nearly 41 liters per cow, compared to 39 liters last year. Both fat and protein content increased. This is the result of our team’s work — genetics improvement, research, and better feed. We also installed a milk cooling system that allows us to cool milk to 4–6°C immediately, even in summer. In addition, we harvested silage using two combines, which we will continue to do, as it allowed us to complete harvesting in one week instead of two,”

said Serhii Stepanidenko, CEO of Signet Milk.

Signet is a Ukrainian agricultural group operating in crop production and livestock farming and actively investing in modern dairy production technologies.

As previously reported, raw milk prices in Ukraine continue to decline due to rising imports and excess supply.
