TAS Agro to acquire Kernel’s grain elevator in Cherkasy region

Ukrainian agribusiness holding TAS Agro, through KINTAS LIMITED (Nicosia, Cyprus), is acquiring the assets of Kononivskyi Elevator LLC, according to a decision of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) dated 22 January 2026, ProAgro Group reports.

The AMCU granted KINTAS LIMITED permission to obtain control over Kononivskyi Elevator LLC by purchasing its assets as a single integrated property complex.

TAS Agro clarified that the deal specifically concerns the Budyshchenskyi grain elevator in Cherkasy region, with a storage capacity exceeding 60,000 tonnes, which is part of Kononivskyi Elevator LLC.

According to youcontrol, kintas limited is the founder of TAS Agro, whose ultimate beneficial owner is Ukrainian businessman Serhii Tihiipko.

Kononivskyi elevator llc was established by kernel capital, part of Kernel Holding, whose ultimate beneficiary is Andrii Verevskyi.

As previously reported, a company affiliated with Kernel’s main shareholder Andrii Verevskyi has also applied to the AMCU for approval to acquire the Agro-Region group of companies.
