The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has launched financing of key state programs aimed at developing the real sector of the economy for 2026. The decision on allocating funds from the special state budget fund was approved on February 16, ProAgro Group reports.
According to the government, the funding is intended to support Ukrainian producers under the “Made in Ukraine” policy, as well as to finance humanitarian demining of land.
Funds have already been secured to ensure the stable operation of all business support instruments throughout the year — from partial compensation for equipment purchases to the development of industrial parks and large investment projects. A particular focus is placed on the safety of farmers and restoring access to agricultural land.
Within the “Made in Ukraine” program, the government has allocated:
- UAH 1.8 billion for partial compensation of 25% of the cost of Ukrainian-made agricultural machinery and equipment;
- UAH 1 billion to stimulate the development of industrial parks and engineering infrastructure;
- UAH 653.1 million to support large-scale investment projects through infrastructure cost compensation;
- UAH 1.2 billion to boost domestic demand, including UAH 700 million for the “National Cashback” program;
- UAH 475 million to compensate 15% of the cost of Ukrainian industrial, municipal, and specialized equipment.
In addition, the government allocated UAH 1 billion to the Humanitarian Demining program, which provides compensation for farmers’ expenses related to clearing agricultural land of mines and unexploded ordnance.
As a result, in 2026 state support will focus both on stimulating production and investment and on restoring safe working conditions for the agricultural sector.
“The government has secured the necessary funding to ensure that all instruments of the ‘Made in Ukraine’ policy operate steadily throughout the year. Funds for partial compensation of Ukrainian agricultural and industrial machinery, industrial park development, and investment projects have already been approved. I encourage businesses to actively use these opportunities,” said Oleksii Sobolev, Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
Earlier, the government updated the National Cashback program by introducing a differentiated support model for Ukrainian-made goods.
