In 2025, the Agrotrade Group exported more than 333,000 tonnes of grain and oilseed crops, ProAgro Group reports. Of this volume, 187,000 tonnes were produced by the group itself, while 146,000 tonnes came from third-party producers.
The company’s key export destinations remained Turkey, Egypt, Italy, as well as other countries in the Mediterranean region. Agrotrade noted that in 2025 it focused on established markets where stable cooperation, buyers’ solvency, and strict contract compliance are decisive factors.
“Even amid a challenging security situation and logistical constraints, our export program was implemented without disruptions. Our priority is to fulfill our commitments and maintain the trust of our partners,” said Andrii But, Director of Foreign Economic Activity at Agrotrade.
In the 2025 export structure, corn and wheat accounted for the largest volumes. At the same time, soybean exports declined due to changes in the regulatory environment and a shift of part of the market toward domestic processing.
The company also warned that slow export rates from Ukraine in the current season may result in significant carry-over stocks, which could affect price conditions for the upcoming harvest.
As previously reported, Agrotrade recently resumed corn harvesting. As of the end of 2025, the remaining area to be harvested in Cluster 3 in Sumy Oblast, located about 20 km from the border with enemy forces, amounted to 1,225.5 hectares, or roughly 10% of the total corn area.
