The average salary of a full-time employee in agriculture, forestry, and fisheries in Ukraine amounted to UAH 26,358 in February 2026, which is UAH 519 less than in January (UAH 26,877). This is according to data from the State Statistics Service, ProAgro Group reports.
At the same time, compared to February last year, when the salary stood at UAH 20,673, the figure increased by 27%.
According to the State Statistics Service, the average salary in the sector for 2025 amounted to UAH 24,227, which is 34% higher than at the end of 2024 (UAH 18,012).
Overall, the average salary in Ukraine in February stood at UAH 28,148 (+0.6% compared to January, +22% compared to February last year).
As reported, Ukraine entered the 2026 sowing campaign under pressure from high costs, although the crop structure remains relatively stable.
