Chateau Chizay Vineyards Recognized Among the 50 Most Beautiful in the World

According to the results of an international competition, the vineyards of Chateau Chizay have become the face of Ukraine in the permanent exhibition of the World Wine Culture Center La Cité du Vin in Bordeaux, France, which showcases 50 of the most beautiful vineyard landscapes in the world, ProAgro Group reports.

For the Ukrainian wine industry, this is an important recognition of the country’s terroir, viticultural culture, and professional standards demonstrated by Ukraine on the international stage.

On December 18, the CEO of La Cité du Vin, Philippe Massol, and the CEO of Ukrvinprom, Volodymyr Kucherenko, presented the certificate to the founder and owner of Chateau Chizay, Hennadiy Hutman.

“The beauty of our vineyards is my daily inspiration. I am sure everyone should see a place where nature and human work are so harmoniously combined,” Hennadiy Hutman commented on the recognition.

Earlier, it was reported that Ukraine’s 2026 state budget provides funding for grants aimed at the creation or development of horticulture, berry farming, and viticulture.
