Egg Prices Fall by 7.4% in January

In January, the average consumer price of eggs in Ukraine decreased by 7.4% to UAH 66.27 per dozen, compared to UAH 71.57 in December last year. This is according to data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, ProAgro Group reports.

At the same time, compared to January 2025, egg prices increased by 34.2%, from UAH 49.39 per dozen.

The State Statistics Service notes that the data are provided without taking into account territories temporarily occupied by the russian federation and parts of territories where hostilities are (were) taking place.

As reported earlier, since late 2025 the table egg market has been demonstrating balanced conditions and stable dynamics. Production exceeds domestic demand, and part of the output is exported.
