The Ministry of Infrastructure announced the start of accepting applications from electronic document management operators for testing the e-TTN System. Starting in December, businesses will be able to use electronic commodity-transport waybills through connected providers.
For the agricultural sector, this means transitioning to digital document management: e-TTN will allow waybills to be generated and transmitted without paper copies, which is especially relevant for transporting grain, fertilizers, and oilseeds. Online access to documents will speed up inspections by «Uktransbezpeka» and reduce transport stops, especially during the harvest season.
The digital format will ensure transparency, data protection, and automatic archiving, which is important for traders, elevators, and logistics companies. In the future, e-TTN may become mandatory for all domestic shipments, creating a unified digital system for monitoring and analyzing cargo flows.
