Ministry of Economy Approves a Record Number of Grant Applications for the Processing Industry

The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine has approved 157 new applications under the “Grants for Processing Enterprises” program, totaling 875.9 million UAH, submitted during the final application wave of 2025, ProAgro Group reports.

“This is the largest number of approved applications within a single wave since the program was launched. Next, the companies must fulfill the co-financing requirement and contribute their share. Overall, since the beginning of the year, the Ministry of Economy has already approved 538 grants amounting to almost 2.9 billion UAH — 41% more than last year. Such dynamics demonstrate growing business trust in the program and the willingness to invest in production — both for development and recovery,” noted Deputy Minister Andriy Teliupa.

Producers of furniture, elevators, mining equipment, metal and rubber products, UAVs, food and printing products, construction materials, clothing, and other value-added goods have received the opportunity to implement their projects with grant support.

Under the program’s terms, 15 grants totaling 106.8 million UAH will be funded directly by the Ministry of Economy. The remaining applications will be forwarded to the State Employment Service for further processing.

Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Economy would finance the construction of infrastructure for five industrial parks with a total budget of around 259.3 million UAH.
