Poultry Complex from Kharkiv Region to Receive UAH 15.7 Million for Restoration

The Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine approved 37 new applications totaling 217.2 million hryvnias under the program “Grants for Processing Enterprises.”

This includes 15.7 million hryvnias allocated for the restoration of the Kharkiv poultry complex, which suffered from Russian shelling. This is already the third grant within the program aimed specifically at restoring agricultural processing.

The program is part of the “Made in Ukraine” policy and provides co-financing for equipment modernization or the launch of new production lines. It covers a wide range of processing areas—from the food industry to metalworking.

Among the 36 other approved applications are producers of food and beverages, printing houses, enterprises manufacturing construction materials, paints, furniture, clothing, plastics, wood, and also UAVs. Five of the grants, including the agricultural project in Kharkiv, totaling 39 million hryvnias, will be financed by the Ministry of Economy (Мінекономіки), and the rest—through the State Employment Service.

Overall, since the beginning of the year, 381 grants totaling almost 2 billion hryvnias have been approved. The program continues to operate as a tool for supporting the processing industry, particularly the agricultural sector.
