Ukrproduct Group maintained stable overall production volumes in the first nine months of 2025, despite challenges related to shelling and power supply disruptions, ProAgro Group reports.
Exports accounted for 20.4% of total sales, strengthening the group’s position as one of Ukraine’s leading dairy exporters.
Production of processed cheese decreased by 8.5%, yet its sales rose by 8.1%, indicating a consumer shift toward more affordable alternatives.
Butter sales increased by 25.8%, primarily due to strong export demand. Domestic butter sales were strategically reduced due to significant margin pressures.
Spread sales grew by 5% as a result of increased export activity. Sales of skimmed milk powder and related products rose by 74.7%.
Diversification of the product portfolio also supported growth in sunflower seed products, which increased more than fourfold.
About the company: Ukrprodukt Group is a leading producer and distributor of dairy products in Ukraine and international markets, with branches across the country. The company’s distribution network was established between 2001 and 2006.
As previously reported, dairy prices remain high — only fresh milk and cheese are becoming cheaper.
