As of early December, agroholding MHP harvested 2 million tons of crops from over 330,000 hectares, accounting for more than 90% of the land cultivated in the 2025 season, ProAgro Group reports.
This was reported by MHP Deputy Chairperson Viktoria Kapeliushna during the company’s reporting meeting.
According to her, wheat yields reached a record level of 7.7 t/ha compared to 7.2 t/ha in 2024. Rapeseed yields were slightly lower than last year at 3.3 t/ha versus 3.7 t/ha. The projected yield for corn is estimated at 8.7 t/ha, and sunflower at approximately 3 t/ha.
“Currently, we expect that the yield of spring crops will be generally comparable to last year. The total harvest is forecasted at 2.0–2.2 million tons,” Kapeliushna noted.
She also added that segment revenue remained stable, as high prices for most crops and increased sales of soybeans and wheat offset the decline in corn and rapeseed volumes. “The Economic Business (EBD) of the agricultural operations segment has significantly improved due to high prices for grains and oilseeds,” the Deputy Chairperson concluded.
As previously reported, grain exports in the 2025/26 marketing year could potentially reach 49 million tons with a harvest of 81.4 million tons, according to the UGA.
