As of April 3, Ukraine has exported 26.227 million tons of grains and legumes since the beginning of the 2025/26 marketing year (July–June), according to ProAgro Group.
Data from the State Customs Service show that the export volume is nearly 6.8 million tons, or 20.6%, lower than on April 4 last year.
Wheat shipments currently total 10.039 million tons, which is 3.2 million tons, or 24.3%, less than during the same period of the previous season. Barley exports reached 1.404 million tons, down by 800 thousand tons, or 36.6%. Corn shipments are also significantly behind last year’s pace, totaling 14.404 million tons compared to 17 million tons a year earlier, a decline of 15.6%. Rye exports remain minimal at just 200 tons, compared to 10.8 thousand tons at the same time last season.
In addition, 50.3 thousand tons of flour (including 49 thousand tons of wheat flour) have been exported so far, which is 3.8 thousand tons less than in the corresponding period of the 2024/25 marketing year.
